For fərdi şokolad hədiyyəsis we recommend ordering at least 3–5 days before your event. For toy paylamalığıs or bulk orders of 50+ ədəd, 7–10 days is ideal. Rush orders are sometimes possible – mesaçıq yaşıl us on WhatsApp.
For tiered products such as şokolad kartları and invitations, the minimum order is 10 ədəd. Single fixed-price items (hədiyyə qutusues, sets) can be ordered individually with no minimum.
You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as production has not started. After that, we are unable to modify or refund the order since it is fərdi-hazırlanmış specifically for you. Please contact us via WhatsApp immediately if you need to make a change.
For bulk orders of 50+ ədəd or korporativ hədiyyə, contact us directly via WhatsApp or email at hello@chocoodad.com. We offer fərdi pricing, loqolu packaging, and dedicated support for korporativ clients.
Yes – you will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us via WhatsApp.

In Baku, once your hədiyyəsi is ready we mesaçıq yaşıl you – collect it free from our store at Nizami Street 33, or we arrange local courier (taxi) delivery to your address, approximately ₼5–10 depending on your location, confirmed before we send and paid to the courier on delivery. Orders over ₼150 we deliver personally, free of charge. Outside Baku, we ship free via Expargo cargo to your nearest branch (usually 3–4 working days).
Same-day delivery within Baku is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM, subject to availability. Please mesaçıq yaşıl us on WhatsApp first to confirm before placing your order.
Every order is packed in premium, hədiyyəsi-ready packaging – suitable to give directly without additional wrapping. For bulk orders, items are carefully separated to prevent damage during transit.
Yes – free pickup from our store at Nizami Street 33, Baku, open Mon–Sat 11:00–18:00. We mesaçıq yaşıl you the moment your order is ready to collect.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Yes – it's the ürək of what we do. We can add ad, dates, short mesaçıq yaşıls, monoqrams and event themes. For complex designs we send a digital preview for approval before production.
Yes. For all fərdi orders we send a digital proof for your approval before anything is printed. Production only begins after you confirm the dizayn. This typically adds 1 business day to your order timeline.
Yes – when placing your order you can specify your preferred color palette, mövzulu (e.g. çiçəkli, minimalist, traditional), and any special dizayn notes. Our dizayn team will inkorporativ your preferences into the proof.
Yes, you can upload a foto during checkout. We accept JPG and PNG files. For best results, use a high-resolution image (at least 1000×1000 px). If the image quality is too low we will notify you before production begins.
Absolutely – we specialise in event hədiyyə. Each product category is dizaynlı for a specific occasion. If you have a unique event or mövzulu not listed in our catalog, contact us and we will create a fərdi solution for you.
Ödəniş
We accept Visa and Mastercard, online bank transfers, and cash on delivery within Baku. For korporativ and bulk orders, invoiced payment is available.
Yes – our store uses Shopify's secure checkout, which is PCI-DSS compliant and encrypts all payment data. We never store your kartı details.
Yes, cash on delivery (COD) is available for orders within Baku. Simply select this option at checkout. COD is not available for orders outside Baku or for large bulk orders.
At this time we do not offer installment plans directly. However, some local bank kartlar support installment splitting at checkout. Please check with your kartı provider. For large korporativ orders, contact us to discuss payment terms.
Because all products are fərdi-hazırlanmış, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. If your order has a defect or error on our part, contact us within 3 working days of delivery and we will resolve it with a replacement or full refund. For full details, see our Return Policy page.
